May I personally thank you Hammers construction and your team for the recent works completed on loft extension What started out to be a relatively straight forward project soon became problematic in some areas and plans had to be altered but Carl went above and beyond to sort out and come up with different solutions . 

We were always kept up to date via WhatsApp and photo images to show progress and contact and communications with  manager Carl ensured that the job kept moving forward and to schedule.I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Hammers and will definitely be using them again in the future .

Thank you for turning my home into somewhere my family, friends and I really enjoy spending time in!

Looking back at the pictures, I can’t believe how much work Hammers have done.

The fact I didn’t have a floor in half of the property for 2 weeks is quite amazing.  The amount of effort to ensure the pipes and electrics were safe whilst digging trenches is certainly something I wouldn’t want to take on!

When our friends come round, my child is so excited to show them around and of course, I can’t be more happy about having a fridge actually in the kitchen rather than a cupboard 😂

Your team were so respectful and professional in my home and I am very grateful to you helping me achieve something that no other business wanted to take on!

We have already scuffed the walls and it’s not always tidy but it’s now a place that we are so proud to call our home.

I would highly recommend Hammers Construction Services for their quality, professionalism and attention to detail.

I have not used a builder for any large project previously and as such I was nervous about who to use and where to find a decent firm.

Luckily for us, we appointed Hammers for our loft conversion project.

Their work rate was excellent, Carl and Dave were extremely polite and considerate especially to our neighbours who can be sensitive to noise, but Carl ensured he respected them too.

As workers, they were very clean and tidy. The quality of the build is excellent.

As for the budget, the build was on budget, we had additional work carried out at our own request and we were never pressurised into work we didn’t need.

Finally, the end product of our new loft room is amazing and we would recommend Hammers to anyone. 

 We had a great experience working with Carl and his team for our renovation. We had been advised by a structural engineer to move ahead with the job, but Carl spotted that the advice was incorrect. 

If we had moved ahead based on the engineers report the whole flat could have given through; we had been advised that we could remove a wall freely as it was not loading bearing, when it was in fact load bearing. 

Carl used his knowledge of the building trade and refused to follow the report and recommended that we find a reputable engineer. We did just that, and we were able to move forward with the job. Once we got going, Carl and the boys worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done in less than week. 

Also, it sounds like such a small thing, but we were grateful for how clean the guys left the house everyday - despite working through rubble and dust they cleaned up every afternoon and made sure that we could still live/sleep safely amongst all of the work. Thanks again for making our renovation ideas come to life.
